Steven Bernstein’s drama Decoding Annie Parker recently made its debut at the Palm Beach International Film Festival, and now the film’s first trailer and clip are available online. The film stars Samantha Morton as the title character, a woman stricken with breast cancer who works with oncologist Dr. Mary-Claire King (Helen Hunt) in order to explore the theory of a genetic inheritance of cancer. While the trailer gives a good suggestion of the surprisingly light-hearted tone of this true-to-life cancer-themed picture, the first clip (courtesy of Aaron Paul) is just downright strange out of context from the rest of the film, but enjoyable nonetheless. Decoding Annie Parker also stars Rashida Jones, Alice Eve, Maggie Grace, Corey Stoll, and Ben McKenzie, and opens in limited release on May 2nd. Take a look at our interviews with Paul and Grace about the picture here.

First you start out with a Sawzall Blade, this one is a rather wide blade rated for cutting metal. Next, you draw out the basic design on the blade with a sharpie marker… Then, grind out the metal to fit the design… Next, clean it up with a wire wheel and drill holes for handle scales. After that, find some material to make your handle. MUSINGS ON IRAQ: Mosul Campaign Day Four, Oct 20, 2016 The Mosul operation increased in intensity on the fourth day. How to Make Peanut Butter S'Mores Turnovers Peanut Butter- S’Mores Turnovers I’m not much of a camper. My husband often takes my son on camping trips, and I happily stay behind and thank the gods for our bug-free house, cozy bed and well-stocked kitchen. I always send them off in comfort… marinate a little meat for them to throw on the grill, pack up some convenience foods and bake a few goodies too. When they return from their camping weekends, I hear mostly about the evenings sitting around the campfire.

The 100 Best Tracks of 2014 There are qualities about Mike Hadreas that make him seem heroic: His songbook takes on themes of trauma and addiction, the body and identity, all in a way that seems designed to protect us—a reminder that we're not alone in our otherness. This year, Hadreas has been selling T-shirts depicting an emasculated Eminem, a proper jab at one of popular music's most problematic living artists. On the shirt, Slim is clad in coral lipstick, just a few shades lighter than the tint Hadreas wore on his watershed "Letterman" performance in October, contorting a slow, sultry sway through "Queen".

Charlie's Diary So: the referendum is over and the count is underway. I'm about to go to bed; when I wake up there should be a result. The final YouGov opinion poll today (not an exit poll) gave No a 54/46 lead, but earlier polls suggest the outcome is within the margin of error; I'd be very surprised if that final poll reflects the final count. In Edinburgh, the turnout was around 89.7% of the electorate, with voter registration running at 97% overall and more than 95% of postal ballots returned. One thing is sure: even a "no" victory won't kill the core issue of the delegitimization of the political elite.
