Um die Antwort vorwegzunehmen: Ja, aber derzeit nur für die Kunden von Pixelio. Ein Kommentar von Joerg Heidrich Kernargument für die Entscheidung des LG Köln war dabei die oben zitierte Klausel aus dem Nutzungsvertrag für die Pixelio-Bilder.
