Permalink | DPS most-wanted fugitive thought to be in Austin area Thursday, July 11, 2013, 11:18 AM From the Texas Department of Public Safety: The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has added Robert Allen Kotlar, 54, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list, and a cash reward up to $7,500 is now being offered for information leading to his capture. Kotlar is believed to be in the Austin area and possibly homeless; although his last known address was in Houston. Kotlar is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs approximately 195 pounds. Texas Crime Stoppers, which is funded by the Governor’s Criminal Justice Division, offers cash rewards to any person who provides information that leads to the arrest of one of the Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitives or sex offenders. Kaxan's Rescue Day Party! Join us as we celebrate the day Kaxan came into our lives. He is a true "rags to riches" story. We would like to promote dog rescue & shelter dogs. Two things Kaxan knows very well. - Kung Fu Saloon will donate 15% of drink sales for the night to Austin Dog Rescue - Kaxan will be at Kung Fu Saloon from 6pm-11pm -Austin Dog Rescue will have some dogs in attendance who will be looking for a forever home. -Kaxan will provide cake & dog treats for his pup friends in attendance. -More details to be announced very soon! ***Dog in attendance*** ***MUST be dog friendly. ***MUST be on a leash at all times. ***MUST be ok around crowds of people.
