Abdominal muscles - Medicalook Human Anatomy Four distinct pairs of abdominal muscles create the flat anterolateral abdominal wall. These muscles resemble sheets of muscle tissue, flat and in some cases even straight during contraction. The external abdominal oblique, the internal abdominal oblique, transversus abdominis, and the rectus abdominis are the muscles which create the abdominal wall. The basic functions of these abdominal muscles involve providing structural support for the abdominal cavity as well as providing protection for the internal organs residing within the abdominal walls. These muscles are also available to assist in the process of respiration. Contraction of the muscles of the abdominal wall usually assists in activities such as protecting and offering the spine extra stability when lifting heavy objects or assisting in the process of defecation. Le social CRM n’est pas tant une affaire de média que d’approche de la relation client par Bertrand Duperrin Résumé : le social CRM tout le monde voit un peu où cela nous mène sans encore trop savoir quels en sont les leviers. Une erreur fréquente est de continuer à gérer le client “à l’ancienne,” comme une cible passive dont la seule fonction est d’acheter et sur le dos de qui on crée la valeur mais en utilisant de nouveaux canaux. Une pratique qui au mieux n’apporte rien, au pire nuit à ceux qui la pratiquent. J’ai eu l’occasion de discuter avec Paul Greenberg, pape du Social CRM, lors du dernier Lotusphere où nous avons eu la chance de nous croiser. Notre premier constat commun a été que si tout le monde est d’accord sur les grandes lignes et la direction que prennent les choses, chacun a sa propre définition et sa propre vision. Notre second point d’accord a concerné la question du “canal” social.
