Kauppa tehtäisiin sähköisellä lomakkeella, johon saataisiin haettua tietoja lainhuuto- ja kiinnitysrekisteristä ja muista viranomaisrekistereistä. Nykyisin kaupanvahvistajan on vahvistettava kiinteistön kauppa kaikkien kauppakirjan allekirjoittajien läsnä ollessa. Tietojärjestelmä voisi viranomaisrekisterien ja tunnistamismenetelmien avulla valvoa muun muassa allekirjoittajien henkilöllisyyden todentamista, kauppakirjan sisällön riittävyyttä ja siihen merkittyjen tietojen oikeellisuutta. Kiinteistön luovutustiedot siirrettäisiin viranomaisten rekistereihin suoraan sähköisestä kauppakirjasta.
