Better Guitar - Guitar Songs You Should Learn. There are certain songs that every guitar player should try to learn. Either they are commonly requested or they have cool guitar parts that will expand your playing skills. I am going to list songs in several styles of music and explain why I think they should be add to your “play list.” While most are electric guitar songs, there are some acoustic songs also. Obviously, this type of list won’t ever be comprehensive, and no doubt, many will disagree with my choices — and find many ommissions. But I have choosen songs I think are worth learning. An activity/game that allows children to practice combining nouns, verbs, adjectives, etc to make a sentence. NOTE: This page is fairly long -- the templates are all the way at the bottom. Activity Suggestions 1. arrange the cards into piles (the verbs have a colored background to make it a tad easier for the kids to sort things) allow the children to create their own sentences using the cards. 2. In this activity, we'll use sight (showing), sound (reading) and repetition (memory) to reinforce sentence structure. Now put one of the cards back in the appropriate (noun, verb, emotion, color) pile (you may want to mix up the pile and then set some or all the pile outso the child can see their options, like so): Now have the child chose the correct card from memoryto replicate the sentence you showed them. When the child has mastered replacing a single card, try removing two of the cards (maybe kissed and dinosaur in our example above).

In the classical tradition, for the sake of stability, the first and last chords of a circle-of-fifths progression are usually triads, not 7th chords.
