Warm Bean Dip

Warm Bean Dip

Thankfully, I lucked out and married a man that isnt a fan either. He is a lover of motocross and dirt bikes. I can live with that. So with my confession, I do have to say that we like to watch the Super Bowl. How to Make Proper Queso Dip… (AKA: Velveeta is Not Fit For Human Consumption!) I remember the first time I ate “American” cheese. I was visiting the USA, and went to have supper at Perkins. I ordered the exact same salad that I always ordered at home, expecting it to be, well, the same. When I took my first bite, though… I was horrified. Oreo Balls!! Many of you may have had these before, but for those who haven't, YOU ARE MISSING OUT!! A few years ago at Bunco, my friend Melissa brought these and I was instantly in LOVE! They are insanely easy to make and will literally fly off the plate. If you need to take a dessert or a snack somewhere, take these...they are always a big hit! Fun Kids Crafts, Science Projects, and More 7. Finish your compass! OK, now its time to make your compass.

Quick and Easy Restaurant Style Salsa Let me introduce you to the easiest salsa you’ve ever met. It literally comes together in under 5 minutes. Not only is it easy peasy to prepare but it’s down right delicious. Unlike pico de gallo, it’s more like a salsa you’d get in a Mexican restaurant served with chips before you get dinner. Curried Roasted Carrots l Once Upon A Chef These sweet and spicy roasted carrots make a fabulous side dish, but they’re also delicious all on their own. In fact, on those rare (and dare I say treasured) nights when I’m on my own for dinner and don’t feel like fussing with a full meal, I’ll make them for myself as a main course. They’re like a treat, and I can easily polish off the entire dish myself. Begin by peeling the carrots.

Strawberry Cheesecake Salad Today's strawberry recipe is another delicious salad that could also double as a dessert. It is light and sweet and creamy. I served this as a dessert after a bar-b-que one evening and my kids ate every last drop. I think I'll take it to our Mother's Day potluck this weekend. One note about this recipe. Car Seat Re-cover I'm so excited this post is being featured on Polly Want a Crafter, it's exciting to be among such talent. Since I finished this car seat re-cover I attempted a second with even greater results, you can check it out here. It's time for Catie to be in a forward facing car seat so I picked up the one that Mom had saved for me from my nephew.

Easy Feta Dip Recipe August 30, 2012 Awwww, ma, raw veggies AGAIN! Yes, I know it is difficult but there is nothing healthier. Why can’t they taste like chocolate sundaes? Cactus Cut Potatoes I don’t eat at Boston Pizza very often, but when I do I always get the Cactus Cut Potatoes. They are crispy and spicy and they come with the most amazing dip. My brother in law found a copycat recipe online for the dip so I gave it a whirl. It is perfect!! This dip is to die for; it tastes just like the stuff at BP! I decided to bake my potatoes instead of frying them, just to cut the fat a wee bit.
