Ingfah Restaurant \ Integrated Field Designed by Thailand based design office, IF (Integrated Field co.,ltd.), the Ingfah restaurant is a local cuisine, outdoor seating restaurant located in Khaolak, Phangnga, Thailand. Ingfah Restaurant, image courtesy Integrated Field First time when we arrived the location, the site of this restaurant is surrounded by buildings and has no sea view. The most effective potentials left for this site was the lawn and the sky. Ingfah Restaurant, image courtesy Wison Tungthunya Therefore, IF proposed the concept of dining in the new way, sitting / lying down (which adapted and redefined from the past Thai dining behavior), and “Frame” the sky view to capture and make the beauty of the sky even more meaningful. The conceptual idea came to be the restaurant that contain “many of small units” which can be constructed in the shorter period than one big unit, and easier to be re-arranged in the future. + Project facts Ingfah Restaurant Khaolak, Phangnga, Thailand Owner: Haco Group (1991) Co.

INSTEON Ships World’s First Remote Control Networked LED Bulb How many WiFi enabled devices other than your computers, laptops, smartphones and tablets do you have in your home? I have more than the average person. In addition to my 5 computing devices (iMac, Macbook Air, MBP, iPad and iPhone), I have a Boxee Box, Roku and 4 WiFi cameras setup. When I saw the press release about the WiFi controllable LED light bulb from INSTEON, my first reaction was “dang it, I wish the 4 LED light bulbs I just ordered from CyberGuys had this feature”. The INSTEON LED Bulb glows as brightly as a 60W-100W incandescent bulb, but only uses 8W of electricity and is dimmable, which is not the case with all LED light bulbs including the set I just purchased. The bulb contains INSTEON’s patented dual-band communication technology which allows the bulb to act as a network signal repeater and send signals over both radio frequencies (RF) and a home’s existing wires (powerline).
