Mystery Manila offers aspiring sleuths a chance to stretch their mental muscles If you've ever wanted to solve a mystery with friends without actually starting a detective agency, a new hangout in Quezon City may be your best lead. Mystery Manila, a reality game room, invites people to step in the shoes of either a sleuth or a bewildered victim, as GMA News' "State of the Nation" featured on Friday. A group of two to five people will have 60 minutes to try to solve one of two mysteries that Mystery Manila currently offers. In Justice for Jamila, players must solve the mystery behind the death of Jamila Torres, "the best private investigator in Manila", who was murdered in her own office. In the Chained Chamber, meanwhile, players are locked in a room by a psycopathic serial killer and have to figure out riddles, puzzles, and clues to get out.
