Made from grey wool pants, necktie, stripes shirt and bed sheet. And this one: Made from navy men’s pant, stripes shirt and polka dots necktie. then 2 new iPad cases! made from a necktie, fabric remnants and denim. And then another : Made from a corduroy pant, 2 shirts and a vintage necktie, with the same button closure… And FINALLY a new necktie bag! This one was sitting all sewn for months! costura Con 80 cm de tela de doble ancho podemos hacer esta capa sencilla con casi ninguna costura, rápida y además ¡nos salen dos!. Yo he usado una tela acrílica, la típica de las mantas de sofá, para su confección. Es una tela que no necesita remate en las orillas, ya que no se deshilacha. Eso sí para que resulte cómoda y no tener problemas con la piel del niño, he forrado la capucha con algodón de una camiseta ya usada. El precio de la tela seis euros , tres euros cada capa. Este es el despiece de como colocar las piezas en la tela doblada. Las medidas del cuerpo de la capa. En esta foto las medidas del bolsillo. Medidas de la capucha, dos piezas, y de la tira central. Capucha con las tres piezas cosidas .Para ajustar la capa a los movimientos del niño, coser en el lateral del cuerpo de la capa unas piezas de velcro. Unir el forro a la capucha y coserla al cuerpo Pasar unos pespuntes de adorno alrededor de las piezas con un hilo que haga contraste.

AT Europe: Paris - Valérie Boy at Salon Maison et Objet It was love at first sight. A few years ago, I found the perfect light sculpture for a dark corner of my apartment by an artist working in Brittany named Valérie Boy ... It was the first annual pre-Christmas Salon de la Récup, that featured a few dozen up-and-coming artists working mostly with recuperated materials, taking place a few doors down from me at the Espace Blanc Manteaux. “Féérie Florale” was a six-foot-tall rectangular piece of white powder-coated metal out of which Valérie Boy had hand-cut a spray of flowers. She strung waterproof Christmas lights on the backside of the piece, which looked like a carved sculpture by day, and a poetic constellation of glowing flower-fairy lights (or stars from across the room) by night. We made a deal (including that I would pay her in three installments and that she could keep the model until the end of the 10-day salon, for others to see and eventually order). And soon I won’t be the only one.
