Voici une proposition pour l'apprentissage de la marche méditative : - Alternez toutes les 10 secondes environ les étapes de concentration suivantes : . - Penser à respirer amplement pendant la marche. - Quand vous dérivez dans vos pensées (c'est tout à fait normal), vous revenez à votre objet de concentration ou vous passez à l’étape suivante.
