Follow the Yellow Brick Road Retelling I’m back today to report to you that I DID NOT have to suck it up and eat the larva for snack today. And…PTL…I remembered my math & literacy stations AND I got a full 7 hours sleep…minus 30 minutes here and there thanks to a cover hogging husband :) Yes friends, today was MUCH better than yesterday…well, except for having to control the LOUDNESS that is my classroom while our 4th graders took the STARR test today. Bless their hearts. This week we’re working on retelling. I feel like EVERY teacher does a pretty stinkin’ great job at driving home this concept. However, I use most of them up through to high school students and many with adults. See the left-hand menu for the current list of sets available. See the top 'flashcard list' for the list of sets available. READ ME FIRST: These cards are excellent image quality and as such some of the files are quite large. About the flash card sets: The pictures were all designed with children in mind. The flash cards and game cards do not have the vocabulary written on them. Online Flash Cards: These are online versions that can be displayed on any device or smartboard. Bingo Cards: I use the printable bingo cards quite often in class. The hand-out is something I'm a little proud of. Both the small cards and bingo cards should be printed out, cut, folded over sideways, and laminated see diagram (you can cut and paste them onto card, but the laminated versions look better and last longer.)
