YouTube Slam: It is an experiment that was introduced by the Google Research team as a new way of video discovery, in order to find out the next viral sensation among user-generated videos. Every day, the Google team puts up two videos head to head in each category – like Comedy, Cute, Music, Bizarre and Dance – and users get to vote for their choice. They also get bonus points if the video chosen by them wins the round. Users can then also compete to earn a place in the leaderboards in this fun and simple game of voting. Will the "Great Goddess" Resurface?: Reflections in Neolithic Europe Many enthusiasts of the recent "Great Goddess" movement are looking to archaeology in the hopes that it will provide validation to their theories of what they would consider a former religious and societal utopia. This was allegedly a peace-loving, egalitarian society spread across the whole of Europe, wherein the Mother Goddess was worshipped as the center of religion. As evidence from archaeology, thousands of artifacts from Neolithic Europe have been discovered, mostly in the form of female figurines. The leading pioneer of the goddess movement is the archaeologist Marija Gimbutas, who has spent thirty years studying patterns and symbols of cult objects and also developed the field she refers to as "archeomythology," which embodies the fields of archaeology, comparative mythology, and folklore. She believes that the key to discovering the meaning of prehistory is through interdisciplinary research.

Somehow Johnny Depp always seems to commits the weirdest crimes. Even when the guy is doing something "wrong", he does it with style. He's never been arrested for doing anything outside of the realm of what you'd expect from him, even with all his money. In 1994, Depp was staying at a fancy New York hotel and completely wrecked his room. When police arrived at the scene, there was a smashed glass coffee-table and other destroyed, mangled furniture in the $1200-a-night suite. The alleged creature was never found. Johnny Depp's cavalier attitude about his brushes with the law and incarceration make him even more awesome. The other crime Depp was caught committing is just as unexpected, and pretty damn awesome (not including that paparazzi brawl he had, because really, who could stand those people).
