The National Ecological Institute of South Korea recently announced this massive facility, which will house a research facility, educational facilities, and huge eco-domes. The Ecorium Project will be the core of a wide-reaching comprehensive study of the world’s overlapping ecosystems. The 33,090 square-meter nature reserve will incorporate separate areas for a wetland preserve, a wild plant reserve and a visitors center, which will all be connected by a railway. The most stunning part of the complex, designed by SAMOO, is its large wedge-shaped greenhouses. They’re reminiscent of the huge domes of the Eden Project in Cornwall, but these greenhouses are even more environmentally advanced. When the complex is seen from above, it’s meant to resemble a flowing, organic river.

We focused our research on the increasing relevance of surface as a primary vehicle for architecture to engage contemporary society, coupled with the rapid evolution of cus- tomizable computation and fabrication parallels in fashion and architecture. The main essay turned out was the difference between “dressing” and “dressing-up”. These can be defined as two (historically) different approaches that every kind of de- signers can take. Younger, Less Educated Lead Job Gains Since September December 4, 2010 by Dennis Jacobe, Chief Economist PRINCETON, NJ -- Gallup's monitoring of the U.S. employment situation, without seasonal adjustment, finds the jobs situation improving among many segments of the workforce, with unemployment among Americans aged 18 to 29 falling the most since September. Unemployment is also down among 30- to 49-year-olds and, to a lesser degree, among older age groups. Gallup's measure of unemployment is based on a rolling average, updated daily to take into account the most recent 30 days of interviewing, with each 30-day average consisting of more than 18,000 interviews. Gallup's November update found unemployment down to 8.8% from 9.4% in October and 10.1% in September. After 18- to 29-year-olds, Gallup finds the second-largest decrease in unemployment among those with some college education, down to 8.9% in November from 11.2% in September.
