30 of the Worlds Greatest Wedding Cakes Few things are more important on a wedding day (apart from both partners turning up; the ring being secure; and nobody objecting during the ceremony) than the cake. Very few weddings are without such a centrepiece. It's just a shame that so many couples opt for the same traditional, boring designs when there is so much opportunity to impress and surprise the guests. Here are 30 brilliant examples, to be used as inspiration for your own big day. Above: A wedding cake fit for an action hero. Above: An illustration of things to come? Above: There's nothing like brutal honesty wrapped in a Portal nod to begin a marriage. Above: A wedding massacre. Above: A show of vanity so incredible as to be impressive. Above: A wedding cake fit for geeks. Above: The most unappetising wedding cake I've ever wanted. Above: A work of baked art. Above: For Stargate fans only. Above: Good news everyone! Above: A cake for the Lego lovers amongst us. Above: Binary deliciousness. Above: Nothing is safe from Steampunk.

A Father Who Creatively Captures His Kids (20 photos) If there was a prize that could be given out to the most creative father, I'd hope that it was awarded to Jason Lee. A wedding photographer by day, he's used to capturing some of the most important moments in a couple's lives. As a longtime fan of Jason's photos on Flickr however, I think the real magic happens when he turns the camera onto his daughters. Sure, his children are adorably cute in their own right, but that's not what makes his photos so interesting. It's when he puts his own spin on their everyday moments that we not only get to experience our own childhood again, we're able to see a father's pride shine through. I was able to get in touch with Jason to ask him a few questions. Q: How did you get into photography? Q: How do you come up with such creative photos of your daughters? Q: How has being on Flickr helped you with your business? Q: Any inspirational stories you'd like to share? Q: Do you have any advice for aspiring photographers? Q: Any quotes you live by?

This Damn Beautiful Autumn - Fall in Photographs You could easily argue that autumn is the most beautiful season of the year. Leaves turn to yellow, orange, and bright shades of crimson. They fall like a shower from the trees, giving us a way to watch the wind dance. They paint the landscape with a blanket of color. Don’t believe me? Take a look at these fall photos and tell me if you’ve ever seen more beautiful sights.
