About Faith Graphite Pencil, Charcoal Pencil and Pastels Artist Hello! My name is Faith Te. When I was 16, a great desire to capture nature and the people around me started my passion for drawing. I began to look at drawing not just as a hobby but something which I wanted to do all my life. I practiced every day and for many hours since. Initially, charcoal and graphite pencils were the only mediums I used. I devote many hours and lots of attention to detail into each and every one of my drawings or paintings. How To Draw Anime Eyes (Anime) In this video manga illustrator Laura Watton shows you how to draw different types and styles of manga and anime character eyes. Hi, my name is Laura Watton, my website is pinkapplejam.com. I'm a co-founder of Sweatshop studios and I've been illustrating in manga style for almost 15 years. OK, this is how I'm going to draw some manga eyes. A lot of 1990s animation actually had this sort of eye style. A typical guy would actually be exactly the same as this eye, just without the eyelashes. You might have a character that is a bit of an evil character, or a sneaky character. Again, the typical female example would be just to add eyelashes. She's obviously thinking something. Waking up with a couple of lines underneath that eye; perhaps a kind of 'help me I need some coffee' sort of expression. This could be a very young child's eye this could be a girl's eye. If I were going to draw an old person they may have lots of wrinkles around the eye.
