WASTE again: Introduction
What is "WASTE again"? "WASTE again" enables you to create a decentralized and secure private mesh network using an unsecure network, such as the internet. Once the public encryption keys are exchanged, sending messages, creating groupchats and transferring files is easy and secure. Creating a mesh To create a mesh you need at least two computers with "WASTE again" installed. During installation, a unique pair of public and private keys for each computer is being generated. After exchanging the keys, you simply type in the computers IP address to connect to. At least one computer in your mesh has to be able to accept incoming connections, making it a "public node". Every new node simply has to exchange keys with one of the connected nodes and then connect to it. Gotta chime in here about the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. It does an amazing job, but you need to know that it's a micro-abrasive. It's like using Comet. I wouldn't personally use it on electronics of any kind, save corroded contacts (for which it's great). Using a lint-free microfiber cloth (or two), first with diluted white vinegar and then with rubbing alcohol gets rid of nastiness without scratching the crap out of your control surfaces. Hirzberger Events Digital Wallpaper / Strukt
To decorate the office space of Büro Hirzberger in Vienna Strukt realised a digital wallpaper that illuminates the walls. In this self-initiated project Strukt was given complete creative freedom by the client, and developed a system to project video and realtime content undistorted onto any surface. The basic idea was to illuminate the black-and-white striped office wall by mapping the architecture with multiple projectors. The program developed by Strukt is scripted in vvvv and is scaleable to any number of projectors and any architectural shape. Several different visualisations have been realised already, amongst them a Pac Man animation as well as moving stripes, and more are in development. The hardware is courtesy of Concept Solutions Vienna.

The Basics When you visit a website (for example the one you’re reading now), you see a page in your web browser (the program you use to access the internet) , containing text, images and maybe some other things like videos, music etc. In order to display a page correctly, the web browser needs to know about the structure of the page, e.g. What HTML Looks Like HTML uses ‘tags’ to identify different parts of a page. Unlike a regular data file, the ISO file cannot be simply dragged and dropped or copied directly onto a disc. To install Ubuntu from a DVD, you first need to burn the downloaded ISO image onto a DVD.
