Sunken bridge- Agency Art Animation
A series of moats and fortresses were built over the West Brabant Water Line region of the Netherlands during the 17th century in order to provide protection from invasion by France and Spain. Fort de Roovere was surrounded with a shallow moat that was too deep to march across, and too shallow for boats. In turn the earthen fort had remained protected –until now. The bridge and its components have been made from sustainable hardwood that has also been treated with a non-toxic coating protecting it from fungal decay and increasing its durability… Just a little wave and you won’t be so amazed anymore! Build Your Own Hovering Lawn Chair For the Perfect Long Weekend Lounger RFID Tags in New US Notes Explode When You Try to Microwave Them Adapted from a letter sent to Henry Makow Ph.D. Want to share an event with you, that we experienced this evening.. Dave had over $1000 dollars in his back pocket (in his wallet). New twenties were the lion share of the bills in his wallet. Believe it or not, it was his 'wallet'. We could have left it at that, but we have also paid attention to the European Union and the 'rfid' tracking devices placed in their money, and the blatant bragging of Walmart and many corporations of using 'rfid' electronics on every marketable item by the year 2005. Dave and I have brainstormed the fact that most items can be 'microwaved' to fry the 'rfid' chip, thus elimination of tracking by our government. So we chose to 'microwave' our cash, over $1000 in twenties in a stack, not spread out on a carasoul. Now we have to take all of our bills to the bank and have them replaced, cause they are now 'burnt'. We will now be wrapping all of our larger bills in foil on a regular basis. Dave and Denise

Packing Heat? You Can Show it in Philadelphia A police officer spots a citizen on a crowded city street with a handgun proudly strapped to his hip. The officer draws his own gun, and asks the gentleman to kindly get on the ground (using slightly stronger language.) The man insists that he has the right to carry his gun openly. It wasn’t over, though — Fiorino posted his audio to Youtube, and police were annoyed enough to arrest him after the fact for disorderly conduct and recklessly endangering another person. The audio recording of Fiorino’s confrontation (contains profanity) Special Exception

Glass Beach – The Dump You’ll Want to Visit Before you say anything about the content of this article, I hate people who litter. I’ll judge you if I think you’re too lazy to recycle. I hate pollution and the death of our fragile ecosystems and all the rest. It’s like a little Inuksuk… I’ve been trolling around for lesser known landscapes to road trip to and explore, and stumbled across this chunk of multicoloured west coast paradise. These days, Glass Beach is a protected part of MacKerricher State Park, but in 1949, it was the site of an unrestricted dump. Eventually, California realized that dumping automobiles, appliances, toxic substances and razor sharp shards of glass into the water was probably a bad idea, and looked elsewhere for a dumping site. The beaches under the cliffs lay polluted, cluttered and ruined, and were basically treated as a forgotten ‘mistake.’

Cacoon Hammock The Cacoon is quite possibly the greatest hammock design ever conceived by the mind of man. Woven from a marine grade fabric the Cacoon comes in both 1 and 2 person variations and includes add-ons like mosquito netting, sheepskin liners and a number of other extras. I can’t help but think that a cross-country motorcycle journey would be an order of magnitude more pleasant if you were sleeping in one of these, as opposed to a little nylon tent or a greasy motel. Once disassembled they weigh in at 2kgs (~4.4lbs) and fit easily in a backpack or saddle bag. They come in grey, natural white, blue, red and green with custom colours available upon request. The 1 person Cacoon costs $370 with the 2 person costing a little more at $550, you can grab yours here.
