Recipe Snobs: Cinnamon and Sugar Pull-Apart Bread

Recipe Snobs: Cinnamon and Sugar Pull-Apart Bread
I feel like through life we are always finding new things out about ourselves. Like for instance, as a kid I loved clam chowder. Now, I’ve come to realize that I really don’t care for it all that much, and that the only reason I was so crazy about it as a kid is that I thought it was fun to bite into the pieces of clam and have it feel and sound like you were biting into a balloon. I know… I was kind of a weird child, but weren’t we all ;) Anyways, through this blogging experience I have found that I love taking picture, but not just any picture. I really hate lugging around a camera just to have everyone pose awkwardly for some random photo somewhere. So I have an excuse for my addictive impulse to always shoot ingredients while I am pouring them, and I completely release full responsibility for my actions to my little split personality french photographer… who exists in my brain. Where was I going with all this?? Printable Recipe In a large mixing bowl, mix 2 cups of flour. Sugar. Dough

Sallys Baking Addiction Cake Batter Chocolate Chip Cookies. - Sallys Baking Addiction These Cake Batter Chocolate Chip Cookies are a cross between delicious, soft-baked chocolate chip cookies and sprinkle filled funfetti cake! One of my most popular recipes ever: Cake Batter Chocolate Chip Cookies. I made these sprinkle-loaded cookies again recently, but I made them bigger, better, and thicker. Gorgeous, aren’t they? I’m posting my Cake Batter Chocolate Chip Cookies for you again today because (1) I know how much you love cake batter and (2) I tweaked the recipe to make them even better this time around. My sister always says that if you have a recipe you adore, don’t ever change it. I developed the cookie recipe last January, before I really got my feet wet into the cookie baking scene. If you’re anything like me, you adore thick cookies. First, I took a look at my recipe’s ingredients. I removed the extra egg yolk. What are other ways I could improve the original recipe? Let’s try reducing the amount of chocolate chips stuffed inside. That is an easy fix! What’s next?

The Crafty Blog Stalker: The Best Homemade Ranch Recipe Ranch is a staple around here, and in fact it gets it’s own spot on the food triangle. Because Ranch is so important we have become Ranch Snobs. We spend a lot of money on that white creamy goodness because we want the good stuff. I have always preferred homemade dressings to store bought but have also bought plenty of bottles in my day. Last week I came across a BYU Creamery Ranch Dressing recipe from “One Good Thing” by Jillee. Ingredients: Black Pepper ¼ CParsley Flakes 1 1/2 CGarlic Salt ½ CKosher Salt 2 TbspGranulated Garlic ¼ CGranulated Onion 3/4 CDill Weed 2 TbspProcedure:1. We bought all of the spices in the bulk section at WinCo (love that store) and spent about $2.50, THAT’S IT! Start by putting all the dry ingredients into a gallon size zip bag I started with the bowl but found the zip bag made it much easier to mix all of the dry ingredients together. Whip with a whisk till well combined. The recipe says to let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours but it is already nice and thick.

I wondered, how can I create something holiday-tasting and fun? These ones are delicious though, I’m telling you. I tested out a bunch of different types of crust for them, and the good news is that they all work. So you can either go with pre-made mini graham cracker crusts (I could only find Keebler brand), or store-bought pie crusts, or make your own graham cracker crust and put it in mini muffin tins. White Chocolate Jello Shots with Raspberries » That's So Michelle With the holidays quickly approaching, for next few months I plan to focus only on cocktails and other holidays treats (woo hoo party time!). Enter my latest creation … the “White Chocolate Jello Shot”. After tasting how amazing my salted caramel jello shots were when made with these hot cocoa packets my friend Ericka suggested I make more shots using other flavors as well. Such a good idea. I was really excited to try the “Arctic White” flavor first and guess what? DELISH. Creamy, white chocolaty but still light and just the right amount of booze to let you know these shots mean business. They are almost like a boozy panna cotta dessert. I topped them with a raspberry for extra flavor and the combination was perfect. Decorative straws cut into smaller sizes and stuck in the shot glass (after they firm up) is a cute and clean way of extracting the jello shot as well. 1. 2. 3. 4. Leave a Comment
