Moodle 2.0 Installation I too get the error:-"$string['wwwrootmismatch'] = 'Incorrect access detected, this server may be accessed only through "{$a}" address, sorry.<br />Please notify server administrator. ... because in config.php 'wwwroot' is configured without the www. and if you enter the address with the www. you get the error and it then redirects to the wwwroot address. In \lang\en\error.php around line 515 you will find a string $string['wwwrootmismatch']. I would have preferred simply to change the original string and hence no need for any code changes in the core but I can't find where it is cached to delete it and so force a refresh with the new error message! Commenting out the code (as stated earlier by a post) works but then doesn't redirect.

I can’t resist a new Moodle link, to see the theme, the apparent activity on the front page and the various courses that are available (even though they might be closed). Overtime I’ve visited a few over and over because they are just so cool. 1. – The theme and overall design of this site is AMAZING. 2. – In my opinion: Best theme ever. 4. – This was used in early 2010 for the first ever virtual Moodle Moot. 5. – This was featured a few weeks ago because of the wealth of information provided to teachers and students through the use of the Moodle Books Module.
eXe The eXe project developed a freely available Open Source authoring application to assist teachers and academics in the publishing of web content without the need to become proficient in HTML or XML markup. Resources authored in eXe can be exported in IMS Content Package, SCORM 1.2, or IMS Common Cartridge formats or as simple self-contained web pages. eXe grew out of the New Zealand Government Tertiary Education Commission's eCollaboration Fund and was led by the University of Auckland, The Auckland University of Technology, and Tairawhiti Polytechnic. It was later supported by CORE Education, a New Zealand-based not-for-profit educational research and development organisation. It has also been greatly assisted by a global group of participants and contributors. eXe was named a finalist in the New Zealand round of the IMS Global Learning Impact Awards 2008 and went on to claim a Leadership Award at the international judging.
