Little Things Bring Smiles: *Rustic Snowflakes* Our snow day has sadly come to an end. The sun has settled and the only place to be now is inside. I am inside with: - Adam snuggled next to me -Colden asleep on his bed -a good movie -a hot cup of hazelnut coffee -my warm, fleece pajamas -my slippers - (saved the best for last) an electric blanket Life is good. See more of his work at Step 1 The first phase involves tracing a series of triangles on top of a photograph, in Adobe Illustrator. Step 2 You can lock the image in one of two ways. Step 3 Now that your image is locked you are ready to apply the Pen tool, so activate this now. Step 4 The next step is to set up the weight of our Pen tool’s stroke. Step 5 It is now time to start mapping out a series of adjacent triangles on top of the base photo. Step 6 Select the first triangle and then copy it by pressing Cmd/Ctrl+C. Step 7 Activate the Direct Selection tool by pressing the A key. Step 8 Copy the second triangle by pressing Cmd/Ctrl+C. Step 9 Most triangles will share one common side with another triangle, but some triangles will only share a portion of another triangle’s side. Cuanta más información retengas mayor aprendizaje tendrás. El problema proviene, muchas veces, de la falta de información, sea por que ésta es es escasa o por que no nos lo podemos permitir económicamente. De hecho, los libros de diseño suelen costar más que las novelas, ya que la mayoría está impresa en color, en papel de calidad y con tapas duras. Es una pena que no podamos aprender de estos libros por falta de dinero, ya que la lectura nos ayuda a analizar y reflexionar para fomentar nuestro aprendizaje. ¡Ya no hay excusa para leer y aprender de los mejores! We have been decorating our house slowly but surely the last few days, getting it ready for Christmas. While I was going through pinterest thinking of what I wanted to do for this post, I saw this and remembered how much I wanted to do it last year. Unfortunately, we do not have a white fridge, opting to go with stainless steel in our house but we do have WHITE DOOR!
