Le bénévolat étant la règle qui garantit le souci exclusif de l’intérêt économique général, les élus consulaires représentant du "tissu" économique seront d’autant plus écoutés des pouvoirs publics et des institutions dans la période délicate de sortie de crise que le taux d’abstention sera faible aux élections et confortera la légitimité des chambres. L’institution consulaire a en effet été un peu chahutée par une presse volontiers caustique sur les "notables" en général, impatiente sur le processus de réforme administrative et assez injuste envers les entrepreneurs élus bénévoles en particulier (le Canard Enchaîné en Août 2009 ; France Inter en Août 2009 également ; Challenges en Septembre 2009 ; Challenges de nouveau en janvier 2010 ). Given this is the first post of the series about the myths, misconceptions, fiction and even some facts behind TOGAF I want to be open and honest about my affiliation with the Open Group. I do have personal affiliations with the Open Group. Like many others, I am certified as an Open CA Distinguished Chief Architect, I have participated in the Architecture Forum building out TOGAF v-Next and I speak at their conferences. Now let's get into it. So just to set the record straight, I don't believe that TOGAF sucks. This generalization of TOGAF not living up to the right level on the quality bar can be found all over the place (e.g., Linkedin, Twitter, blogs and even in competing training organizations) . Air Force Gen. Gene Renuart, head of U.S. Northern Command, also said that as many as 400 troops are ready to assist federal health and emergency management officials around the country if needed as the flu season heats up. The Pentagon has bought 2.7 million doses of vaccine, and 1.4 million of those will go to active-duty military personnel. National Guard troops on active duty are also required to receive the vaccine, as are civilian Defense Department employees who are in critical jobs. As a result, the military is expected to provide health officials with an early assessment of the vaccine's efficacy. "Because I can compel people to get the shots, larger numbers will have the vaccine," Renuart said.

Pierre Goguet, le nouveau président, à côté duquel était assis Dominique Babin, directeur général, l'a confirmé hier. Une assemblée générale en février et un séminaire en mars permettront d'affiner les projets de la Chambre territoriale en harmonie avec la nouvelle CCI régionale. Il ne devrait pas y avoir de problème sur les « grandes orientations », estime Pierre Goguet qui ne cache toutefois pas l'intérêt du « débat contradictoire ». En tout cas, la CCI de Bordeaux mise sur la « solidarité territoriale », qualifiée d'« indispensable », à l'exemple de ce qui se pratique à Lille et à Lyon : « il faut aller vers les autres, provoquer les alliances », « travailler en équipe avec d'autres acteurs ».
