Entrevista con Hilda Vázquez Villanueva En esta ocasión, se presenta una entrevista realizada a la Licenciada en Trabajo Social Hilda Vázquez Villanueva, persona con discapacidad visual. Hilda es una profesionista destacada debido a su actitud emprendedora y comprometida con el sector de la discapacidad. Su principal convicción es que las personas con discapacidad (PcD) son capaces y competentes para incorporarse a la vida profesional y productiva. Esto lo demuestra siendo, ella misma, un ejemplo de lo que las PcD pueden conseguir cuando derriban las barreras que los demás, y ellos mismos, se ponen a su paso. Por todo ello, su intervención en esta edición es de gran relevancia, pues nos comparte su punto de vista sobre temas como el uso de las TIC aplicadas en la cotidianeidad de las PcD, la atención de necesidades de este colectivo a través de TIC, el beneficio social y económico de TIC para la discapacidad, así como, la importancia de incorporar a las PcD en el diseño, desarrollo y fortalecimiento de TIC.
