My apple buying spree starts in August when early Mac Spurs, Gravensteins, Kings, Wealthy and Sunrise varieties start showing up on my farmer's mailing list. And throughout the fall, I pick up Pink Ladies and Granny Smiths from my local market to add more variety. But sometimes there's an apple that is mealy from the get go. And when you have applesauce, why not make applesauce cake? What takes this cake extra up a notch is booze. This is the perfect dessert to whip up when company comes over for a visit. You don't need to make applesauce from scratch to make this cake. Now for the cake, use whatever kind of dried fruit and nuts speak to you best (or whatever you've got hanging around your cupboard). O que acontece é que, na utilização comum e corrente, o blush age meio que como coadjuvante no conjunto da obra, né? Os looks do mundo real normalmente permitem que se faça um super olho, uma super boca... mas uma super bochecha não rola muito bem e costuma ter efeito 'gongador'. Não bastasse já toda essa repressão do blush na minha cabeça (hahaha), sou eternamente mais fã de cremosos do que compactos. O escolhido foi o Complex, da Illamasqua, um terracota opaco (e eu bem sei que já declarei amor geral aos blushes da Illamasqua no post de super queridinhos de make - publicado AQUI no final do ano passado - mas nunca opinei de forma mais específica sobre eles). Já no quesito cor, o Complex é um terroso avermelhado opaco super multiuso.
What’s in Your Toolbox: Lotta Jansdotter When I was a student at SCAD, I haunted a beloved local shop for new delights from one of my favorite textile designers, Lotta Anderson of Lotta Jansdotter. It began with an obsession for her sticky notes and continued with collecting every tea towel and sewing kit I could get my enthusiastic hands on. I am so thrilled to see her brand continuing to flourish and expanding to new arenas of design. 1. Lotta Anderson: My tool box is rather simple: pen (my favorite pen is a Pentel Sign Pen in black), paper, rubber cement and a pair of scissors. I create my print designs, motifs and patterns by hand: I sketch and draw in my custom-made sketch books or on plain copy paper. 2.
