Tsunami confirmed but danger passes after Vanuatu quake - page 2 - World Civil Defence says a tsunami threat remains in place for New Zealand despite the Pacific Tsunami Warning Centre cancelling its warning for New Zealand. The warning follows a 7.8 magnitude earthquake off Santo island, near Vanuatu, at 11.03am NZT. A second earthquake measuring 7.3 struck 15 minutes later and a third at 12.13pm measuring 6.2. The quake struck 294km northwest of the Vanuatu island of Santo and 596km northwest of the capital of Port Vila at a depth of 35km. Civil Defence says the tsunami threat is not expected to be destructive for New Zealand but people on the West Coast from Northcape to Hokitika and on the East Coast from Northcape to Auckland should stay clear of beaches and out of the water until this evening. It says any larger waves will take several hours to reach our shores after the quake. There were no immediate reports of damage or casualties in Vanuatu after the quakes. It measured just 4cm.

Устроители с умом подошли к организации мероприятия. В этом и последующих постах макросерии под тагом национальная фотопремия я планирую показать десять работ, которые я послал на конкурс. Суть его вкратце такова. В России на данный момент существует несколько десятов конкурсов в различных направлениях фотографии, не считая узконаправленных. Призы, как видите из картинки, приятственные. Цитатой с сайта отвечу на вопрос «в чём отличие профессионала от любителя»? «К любительской категории относятся те авторы, для которых фотография не является источником дохода, а является в большей степени увлечением, хобби, а также те, кто не относят себя к профессионалам». When we first created the kl.am URL shortener, we did it to solve a problem. Campaign variables are great, because you can assign a source, medium, and name, like Twitter and/or Social Media Campaign. So campaign variables is the main reason we built kl.am, period. Several months after we debuted an SEO friendly URL shortener that supported campaign variables, many existing and new shorteners added them to their service. With the mass support of campaign variables, it wasn’t necessary for us to keep kl.am running. Spammers use of kl.am became epic. We appreciate everyone who properly used kl.am in their campaigns and on a daily basis.
