Water droplets suspended in mid-air with sound When you see a picture of water droplets suspended in mid-air, you probably expect they were caught during their trip down to the ground. Maybe the way to imagine it is to think of a spherical, mirrored Christmas tree ornament but instead reflecting the surrounding room, it shows you a similarly distorted view of some other room or location entirely. And even though it looks like it has a solid, sharp surface or boundery, this is just an illusion of optics.

Into The Mind – Official Teaser – Whitelines Snowboarding The North Face have put out this somewhat trippy teaser for their new multi-disciplinary flick, Into The Mind. As far as we can tell the film will include skiers, climbers and kayakers as well as riders, so it’s safe to say that with this, along with the fact that it’s shot in the nature-loving Art of Flight slowmo that crowds always seem to love, means that it’s aimed at a pretty wide audience. Nonetheless, with riders like Xavier de Le Rue, Benji Farrow and DCP representing the sport, this should be one to watch.
