That means all this gorgeous weather we’ve been having here in New York isn’t just a cruel prank. It’s actually the start of something awesome! Me and the kids have been going to the rooftop, kicking up our heels and drinking in the sunlight. Yay spring! White Chocolate Key Lime Pie. This is so easy to make and so refreshing that I just know it’ll become a staple around here in the spring and summer. White Chocolate Key Lime Pie You can use key limes or regular limes for this pie. Ingredients Graham Cracker Crust 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs¼ cup sugar⅓ cup butter, melted Pie Filling 1 cup whipping cream11 oz. white chocolate chips1 tablespoon sour cream1 teaspoon lime zest⅓ cup lime juiceGarnish: lime slices and chopped white chocolate Instructions Mix ingredients together in a 9-inch pie plate until evenly combined. Melt together cream and chocolate chips in a small saucepan set over low heat.

"Indulge" With Dairy-Free Spinach Stuffed Shells | PBS Food - StumbleUpon I can pack away some serious stuffed shells. Cheesy, warm and delicious, stuffed shells are the ultimate comfort food out there in my opinion. They’re also a great make-ahead dish for company. Lately though, I’ve been really wanting to experiment with a lighter variation, a vegan version. In this dairy-free version, I use a blend of tofu, olive oil, garlic and nutritional yeast as the “ricotta” filling and I swear you won’t be able to tell the difference! Cut down the cholesterol without losing any flavor in this vegan stuffed shells recipe from Jenna Weber of Eat, Live, Run. Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil1.5 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon oregano16 ounces extra firm tofu2 cloves garlic1 tablespoon nutritional yeast10 ounces frozen spinach, defrosted1 box jumbo shells1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce Directions Drain the tofu and pat dry with paper towels.
