section6 Introduction Of the twenty-seven books in the New Testament, fourteen have traditionally been attributed to the great missionary Paul of Tarsus. These fourteen books all take the form of letters addressed to a given individual or community. In the traditional canonical ordering of the New Testament, these fourteen books are arranged in a block following Acts, and separated into three groups: the nine letters addressed to communities, the four letters addressed to individuals, and Hebrews. During the winter of 57–58 a.d., Paul was in the Greek city of Corinth. Summary Because he is not personally familiar with the Roman church, Paul begins his letter by introducing himself. Paul begins with a discussion of the state of humanity before the possibility of salvation through faith in Jesus. Paul teaches that salvation from sin is only possible through faith. Analysis The period during which Paul wrote his letters was traumatic for the new church.

666 Truth > Home Home - Gospel Harvest Software The Prophecy Code - About The Speaker Many of the numbers in the Bible have deeper prophetic or spiritual significance. Both in the Old and New Testaments, numbers reveal hidden concepts and meanings that commonly escape the casual reader. And throughout history, men with great minds, like Augustine, Isaac Newton, and Leonardo Di Vinci, showed more than just a passing curiosity regarding the importance of biblical numbers. Once more, Jesus said, “The very hairs of your head are numbered” (Matthew 10:30). So obviously, Bible numbers should be carefully considered. At least 12 numbers in the Bible stand out in this regard: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 12, 40, 50, and 70. Download the Bible Numbers pdf here. 1 – represents absolute singleness and unity (Ephesians 4:4–6; John 17:21, 22.) 2 – represents the truth of God’s Word; for example, the law and prophets (John 1:45), two or three witnesses (2 Corinthians 13:1), and a sword with two edges (Hebrews 4:12). 3 – represents the Godhead / Trinity. 5 – represents teaching.
