Leur structure de listing n'étant pas encore au point, une liste s'imposait. Il y a donc de tout, avec peu de mainstream et beaucoup de contre-culture. Non pas que le caractère « bio » de la chose me séduisait, au contraire, mais quand on essaie de limiter sa consommation de viande et de cuisiner végétarien, il y a plein d'ingrédients pour varier les saveurs que l'on ne trouvait alors que dans ces boutiques pour bobos écolos. Aujourd'hui, je ne fréquente plus que très peu ces boutiques, et surtout plus du tout celle de mon bled, à laquelle j'inflige tout seul un boycott citoyen vengeur visant à mettre mon panier à provisions en accord avec mes convictions profondes [comme disent les gens qui croient à ce genre de méthodes d'action en lesquelles je ne crois pas un instant]. Mais la principale raison pour laquelle je ne fous plus les pieds chez le petit dealer de bien être bio de chez moi, c'est parce que je me suis copieusement engueulé avec lui. Yann Kindo
