Con este resultado, México se coloca en el onceavo lugar a nivel mundial por el número de habitantes, de los cuales 51.2 por ciento son mujeres y 48.8 por ciento hombres. El presidente del Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (INEGI), Eduardo Sojo Garza Aldape, explicó que con base en los resultados se infiere, dadas algunas variables de bienestar de la población, una baja en la pobreza extrema. My German work schedule also involved visiting Neuschwanstein, the fairytale castle built by Mad King Ludwig of Bavaria … riding the cog wheel train and cable car to the summit of the Zugspitz, Germany’s highest mountain … I stayed in das Schiefes Haus (the Crooked House), a beautiful half-timbered hotel in Ulm dating back to medieval times … feasted on venison and Pfifferlinge mushrooms served with noodles in a creamy sauce … sampled far too many varieties of local wine. In this past year alone I’ve made three trips to Paris. Yes … There IS More to Life I feel very lucky.

En esta ciudad, cada año mueren alrededor mil personas por accidentes vehiculares, -más de la mitad son peatones-, y resultan lesionadas más de ocho mil, según el Consejo Nacional para la Prevención de Accidentes (Conapra). Los accidentes de tránsito son, desde 2004, a nivel mundial, una epidemia, según las Naciones Unidas. Las delegaciones que encabezan la lista de atropellamientos son Miguel Hidalgo, Venustiano Carranza y Benito Juárez.
