I’ve been integrating exercise into my boring and banal daily routine ever since I got back from Europe almost two weeks ago. By exercise, I mean lifting ten pound weights. I’m usually the unhealthiest person in the world given my penchant for abusing my body to the extreme. Back in the day, I used to stay up all night, chain-smoking my way well into the wee hours of dawn, surviving on barely four hours of sleep per day. But lately, I’ve been sleeping a minimum of seven hours (it helps when you set a personal curfew of 10:30-11PM), I’ve been waking up before the sun is up and of course, I do my best to hit the treadmill three or four times a week. I do 100 situps twice a day.

Barrett Alley Smuggler’s Belt Even though you can’t use it to pay for drinks or peanuts on an airplane, cash is king. There’s nothing worse than drunkenly getting into cab with your home address written on your hand and trying to pay for the trip home with a credit card. If the cabbie is even willing to take plastic, something’s going to get screwed up. You’re going to get charged twice, forget your card and/or wallet, tip way too much, the list goes on. When you need that last little bit of cash you don’t trust yourself to keep in your wallet, there’s the Barrett Alley Smuggler’s Belt. The tiny hidden compartment on the belt stays closed while you’re wearing it and is handmade with US vegetable tanned cowhide and a hand-forged buckle.

a truly intriguing subject. THE COVETED — be stylish Many years ago, my husband and I were at the Vintage Fashion Expo, and while there I thought I would get the “perfect” leopard print coat. You know, that vintage leopard print coat every woman should have in her wardrobe. As I pulled out a leopard print coat which I thought would be the “one” my husband put his hand on my arm, and said, “Nooooooooo. Not that coat.”

Men's Jeans, Shirts, Tees, and Hoodies. $20 a Pop. Fashion Blog by Carolina Engman The Blonde Salad Acne/Blemish Covering Make-up Acne/Blemish Covering Make-up I've had a lot of requests from people who suffer from acne asking me to film a tutorial on the best way to cover their skin with make-up, so I hope that all of you who have been holding out for it find it useful. With the help of my gorgeous (and brave to be filmed in super HD with no make-up!) model Madeline, this film shows you how I do it, and follows the way that I used make-up to cover my own acne when I had it in my 20s. It's also the way I make-up any models or celebrities I work with who have bad skin conditions.

Top Ten Cult Fashion Documentaries In anticipation of the forthcoming documentary Mademoiselle C, which reveals the candid life of Carine Roitfeld, we chart the underexposed documentaries that have given us access to private codes and rituals of the fashion world. From Leigh Bowery to Don Letts, these are the cult moments that will always remain relevant. The cult at its finest: as Yohji Yamamoto prepares for an upcoming show in Paris, Wim Wenders captures the reticent designer in what is commonly a habitually private scene. An insight not just into the show, but the contemplation of the creative process: cities, cinema and identity that all play a definitive role in the final outcome. Leigh Bowery: indisputably an embodiment of the 1980's club scene in London and a provocative influence for a generation of artists. The creator of Taboo – in more ways than the infamous nightclub – injects an outrageousness that inspired Boy George, Damien Hirst, Rifat Ozbek... the list goes on.
