Il est né en 1974 à Marrakech.A l'age de 11 ans, Omar Al Kazabri a achevé l'apprentissage du saint coran à l'aide de son père. Après l'obtention de son baccalauréat de l'école 'Youssef', il s'est envolé pour l'Arabie Saoudite afin d'apprendre davantage les sciences de l'islam (Al Fiqh). Omar Al Kazabri a assisté à des cours dans l'institut islamique à la Mecque en 1997. En Egypte, il a publié un guide sur "l'achèvement des dix récitations" avec le soutien du Cheikh égyptien 'ahmed Al Maâssarawi'.Cinq ans plus tard, Omar Al Kazabri retourne au Maroc sans obtenir aucun diplôme, mais il a pu acquérir une grande culture islamique. La mosquée 'Oulfa' (Casablanca) a été le berceau sa renomée dans la récitation coranique.Par la suite, Omar Al Kazabri est devenu imam à la mosquée Hassan II (Casablanca) et depuis il est un phénomène dans la psalmodie coranique.
