Each of these is not new, yet they are eye-catching presentations of images, data, and design. The Miniature Earth Projec t video breaks down what the earth's population would look like if it were reduced in size to a community of 100 people. A nice complement to this visualization is the children's book If the World Were a Village by David J. National Geographic's " Who Is the World's Most Typical Person ?"
