Fukushima May Yet Wipe Out Life on Earth: An Interview with Prof. Tony Hall Jouvert 5.2: Emevwo Biakolo, Maitseo Bolaane & Michelle Commeyras, "Women in Conversation with an African Man on Gender Issues" "The full and equal participation of women in political, civil, economic, social and cultural life at national, regional and international levels and the eradication of all forms of discrimination on the grounds of sex are priority objectives of the international community," states the National Gender Programme Framework for Botswana (Government of Botswana, 1998, p. 1). The Gender Programme Framework further specifies, "the advancement of women in Botswana can be measured by the extent to which they have been constrained or assisted to develop as individuals as well as members of society at the levels of the household, the community, institutions/organizations, and the nation" (p. 3). In the document the government recognizes that at all these levels "women are still subordinate to men" (p. 3). The following indicators are specified as evidence of female subordination and gender discrimination. Men are to attend to this pot of meat until the cooking is done.

As feminists who have participated in what can be called postcolonial studies since our days in graduate school, for us there has never been any question that the history of modern imperialism bears directly upon the condition of women and relations of gendered power in the modern period.

JUDICIAL MAFIA: International Mens Organisation Date: Sat, 15 Mar 2014 09:24:13 +0100 From: firstname.lastname@example.org To: email@example.com; et al Subject: Court of Protection Ladies & Gentlemen, I am writing to you in your role as members of the Justice Select Committee to provide you with information for use in your forthcoming discussion on the Court of Protection. What that means in plain English is that the Court of Protection is being used by corrupt judges, lawyers, social workers and family members to asset strip the elderly and to then lock them up in homes against their will. One then only has to add the "care pathway" to the equation to produce a picture of the potential of the genocide of "tens of thousands of people" to facilitate unlawfully seizing their assets. Is the Court of Protection being used as a vehicle for the mass genocide of the elderly and asset-stripping the vulnerable of billions of pounds? I do hope as members of the Justice Select Committee, you would also give this proposal serious consideration.
