Community of Research 2.0 cc: Anne Bermüller/pixelio.de Eine teilweise stichpunktartige Sammlung von Erkenntnissen und Fragen, die ich hierüber wieder aufgreifen, ausweiten, beantworten kann (hopefully) Digitale Kopien sind (unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen) nur für Bücher erlaubt, die seit dem Jahr 2005 erschienen sind! Kopien ins Internet einzustellen sei „außerhalb der Wissenschaft“ nur sehr bedingt möglich – versteh ich nicht? Ich würde mir die Frage selbst wie folgt beantworten: Wissenschaftliche Artikel, die ich online stelle und in den ich Quellen korrekt angebe? Dabei stellt sich mir gleich die nächste Frage: Woher sehe ich, ob z.B. Ich habe mich auf die Suche begeben: Als erstes bin ich von der COER Seite auf die You-Tube Seite gewechselt, wo ich weitere Infos zum CC vermutete. Was mir aber nicht gelang, war nähere Infos zur Form der CC-Lizenz zu finden – der Link informiert allgemein über Creative Commons. Also etwas gelernt, aber neue Fragen noch offen. To be continued

Es la premisa de los creadores de la primera universidad P2P, la Peer-to-Peer University (p2pu.org): una comunidad educativa en línea inspirada en la filosofía P2P (intercambio libre y gratuito de contenidos en la Red) que ofrece cursos sobre materias tan diversas como desarrollo web o realización de campañas electorales. "Si estudias programación web en la universidad, para el momento en que salgas al mercado laboral la tecnología que has aprendido se ha quedado obsoleta", resume Philipp Schmidt, cofundador de la P2PU, de nacionalidad alemana pero residente en Johanesburgo (Sudáfrica). "En nuestros cursos, la discusión es pública, y cualquiera puede intervenir y proponer nuevos contenidos", explica Schmidt. También cualquiera puede ser profesor (Schmidt habla de "líderes" o "facilitadores"), ya que no hay requerimientos de currículo. ¿Cómo se aseguran de las capacidades de esos facilitadores?

Schriftliche Anhörung zu Open Educational Ressources: Noch einmal 24 Fragen und Antworten Im November 2012 habe ich bereits einmal an dieser Stelle meine Antworten auf 35 Fragen von Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) und Kultusministerkonferenz (KMK) im Vorfeld einer mündlichen Anhörung verbloggt. Im Nachgang dazu (vgl. mein Protokoll des Anhörung) wurden nicht nur Studien erstellt sondern auch eine “Arbeitsgruppe KMK/BMBF zu ‘Open Educational Ressources’ (OER)” gebildet. Diese Arbeitsgruppe hat jetzt Anfang des Monats neuerlich einen Fragenkatalog zum Thema im Rahmen einer “schriftlichen Anhörung” ausgeschickt. Die erfreuliche Nachricht für AdressatInnen wie mich: statt 35 sind es mittlerweile nur noch 24 Fragen. 1. 1a. 1b. An meiner Institution, der Freien Universität Berlin, gibt es zum derzeitigen Zeitpunkt kein institutionelles bzw. offizielles OER-Programm. 1c.
