Serious Game Ma Job Aventure, dans la jungle de l'entreprise... Il y a déjà quelques mois de cela, la Fédération CFDT de la métallurgie a commandité un serious game dont le but est d’aider les salariés à mieux connaitre leurs droits : contrat, arrêt de travail, accident du travail… Le jeu a déjà recueilli plusieurs milliers de connexions ! Une belle performance pour un jeu sur un sujet si crucial. En effet, rare sont les employés ayant des bases ou des connaissances approfondies et à jour dans le domaine du droit du travail. Demander conseil n’est pas toujours un acte facile; cela peut être engageant. Une petite mention spéciale pour les “conseillers” qui ne sont autre que des militants syndicaux ayant pris leur courage à deux mains pour affronter la caméra et donner une dimension plus humaine au jeu.Et bien sûr, j’ai adoré le bêtisier!
