Just like the previous books Gordon and Williams have blown us out of the water! Freefall contains all the excitement, exhilleration , and above all the mystery the readers have come to expect.Once again we find Will Burrows in perilous circumstances after a long fall down the "Pore." I would struggle to write a full review of the events that happen in Freefall because so much happens! The reader is on a constant quest of discovery, one moment you're running down dark subterranean passages, the next you're exploring old soviet submarines! This is really one of the books I get a real sense of escapism from, you really feel as if you're there with Will and ever-bumbling Chester, you feel the adrenaline (and believe me, in this book there is a lot of adrenaline!)
