Free Alphabet Butterfly Puzzles - Totschooling
Puzzles are a great hands-on way for kids to learn. They are a favorite at our house! My daughters love the challenge of solving puzzles and putting pieces together to create a picture. This set includes 26 different butterflies with an uppercase letter and lowercase letter on each wing. Since all the butterflies are unique, it is a great way for kids to check their own work to make sure the butterflies and letters match up. Totschooling - Toddler and Preschool Educational Printable Activities: Board Book Printables for Toddlers
This section is exclusively for toddlers, ages 18 months - 3 years. I have begun a series of printable matching and sorting activities, or file folder games, to go along with classic children's board books. Whether or not you are doing "tot school" with your child, you can use one of these activities after every time you read a board book. I started with 16 of the most popular board books. Cutting Skills Printables
Cutting out in all forms helps young children to develop their fine motor skills - and it's fun, too! Find below a range of worksheets which will help your children practise their cutting skills. Start with the thick black straight lines and work up to the dotted lines before moving onto the more difficult shapes. Children can practice their cutting skills with this pretty flower shape. Cut out a whole bunch and colour them in, and decorate the classroom or kitchen with them! Cutting a spiral takes concentration but it is fun - especially if you print this out using coloured paper or card! Here are four delightful African animals for little ones to cut out and stick. Here's some tricky cutting practice for the kids! Children can practice their cutting skills with this heart printable.
