P.S. DIY Wrap Bracelet - Honestly WTF You should all know by now that we are all about stacking bracelets on our wrists. The more, the better. In fact . . . the most, the best! With that being said, we’ll show you how to master a version of the ever so popular wrap bracelet. It’s so simple and addicting, you’ll soon be churning out these wristlets with your eyes closed. You’ll need (for a double wrapped bracelet) :* Lengths will vary depending on the size of your wrist (see comments for suggestions). Fold the length of leather cording in half to form a loop. Place the ball chain along the leather cording with the end of the chain meeting the end of the wrap. Continue wrapping while checking it for fit around the wrist. When you have reached the end of the ball chain wrap the linen cording around the leather strands 2-3 more times. Thread the hex nut through the strands and tie a second knot. Trim with scissors and your wrap bracelet is finished!! The materials are listed for a double wrap bracelet. It’s a party!

What a wonderful idea and those paint swatches you can pick up for free. You can use an old lampshade and use the frame or pick up an old one from the thrift store. These are the materials you'll need: - paint swatches in the same tones or you can use multi-colored if you prefer - wire frame from old lampshade (this will hang upside down) - large circular hole puncher - cellotape - cotton thread - scissors Start punching your circles from your paint swatches. Lay out your paint medallions, coloured side down, in the desired order. Turn your lamp shade upside down and fasten it somewhere where it can hang freely. The full tutorial can be seen here. Fasten twines on the empty frame and hang photos using clothes pins on them. You can use a frame you bought or a frame you made by yourself. To make it you just need to find some wood strips, sand them, paint or stain them and fasten together with the staples and nails. Yes, everything is as simple as it sounds. michael ann made.: woven friendship bracelet tutorial i love the summer friendship bracelet trend that i keep seeing in blog land, so i thought it would be fun to share with you another way to weave a friendship bracelet. one of the parents at work showed me this technique of using a circular cardboard loom and i love how quick it goes, you can easily finish a bracelet in one sitting. - cardboard - something small and circular (like a teacup or ramekin) - scissors, ruler, pen - embroidery thread in pretty colors , thin yarn, or ribbon trace a circle onto your cardboard, and use a ruler to draw 8 lines cut a small ways into each line, between 1/2 an inch to an inch and make a hole in the middle of the circle where all the lines intersect. cut 7 strands of embroidery floss, about 24 inches long and tie them together with a slip knot. pull your thread bundle through the hole in your cardboard with the knot right up next to the hole and use a little piece of tape to hold it in place while you start. now for the fun part!
DIY Friendship Bracelet - Honestly WTF For several months now, we’ve been receiving emails requesting a friendship bracelet DIY. Well, friends, ask and you shall receive! Today, we’ll give you a step by step tutorial on the classic chevron pattern. If you used to whip up friendship bracelets like a champ in grade school and have since forgotten how, consider this a refresher course. You’ll need:embroidery threada safety pin or tapea pair of scissors Start by cutting several strands of embroidery thread at about 24 inches each. Start on the left side with the outermost color (shown here in red) and make a forward knot by creating a 4-shape over the 2nd color, loop it under and back through the opening. Pull up and to the right to tighten. Now pick up the outermost color on the right side (show here in red) and make a backward knot, creating a reverse 4-shape over the 2nd color, loop it under and back through the opening. Continue knotting towards the left until the outermost strand reaches the middle.
