The New 7 Wonders of the World New 7 Wonders Foundation announced the new 7 wonders of the world, based on the first count of vote results announced at the N7W headquarters in Zurich on 11/11/11. The process of confirming the provisional New 7 Wonders of Nature results is now underway. 1. The name “Iguazu” comes from the Guarani or Tupi words meaning “water”, and ûasú meaning “big”. You can take boat rides on the falls, go hiking on trails and enjoy some semitropical jungle animals. The Iguazu Falls are located in the Province of Misiones, Iguazú National Park, Argentina, and Iguaçu National Park in the state of Parana, Brazil. 2. Halong Bay is located in northern Vietnam, in the Gulf of Tonki in the middle of Quang Ninh province. Since 1994, Halong Bay is in the UNESCO list of World Heritage. 3.
