I made this up after seeing a “healthy breakfast cookie” that wanted me to add eggs, applesauce, baking soda, etc and I said NO! And also, I hate those “two/three ingredient” recipes where one of the ingredients is a boxed cookie mix. and the other is a can of pie filling. Ingredients: 2 large old bananas1 cup of oats (quick or regular! Mix those two together. Then add in what sounds yummy to you! Since all bananas are different sizes, the needed measurements can vary. We made 16 cookies with those measurements. pre-mixing. post-mixing. pre-cooking. post-cooking. check out those walnut chunks! These cookies taste most amazing right out of the oven. Milhojas de Berenjena y Queso - Divina Cocina INGREDIENTES para 6 milhojas (3 personas) 2 berenjenas grandes2 tomates rojos y firmes medianos12 lonchas de queso tierno que funda bien (yo he usado unas redondas de mozzarella pero puedes poner las que quieras)orégano (opcional) o unas hojas de albahaca frescaQueso rallado para gratinarSal y pimientaAceite de oliva virgen extra Cortamos la berenjena en rodajas como de medio centímetro. Han de ser rodajas grandes, los extremos puedes reservarlos para otra receta. Espolvoreamos las rodajas con sal y las dejamos sudar una media hora en un colador para que suelten el amargor y el agua que contienen.Cortamos también los tomates en rodajas del mismo grosor.En una sartén al fuego ponemos un poquito de aceite en el fondo y pasamos las rodajas de berenjena por la sartén un minuto por cada lado.
