Lightman Depuis quelques temps, j'essaie de me documenter sur les entreprises qui sont sous statut SCOP (Société COopérative et Participative), avec pourquoi pas l'idée d'en créer une. Je remercie Alain Firmignac pour son aide à ce sujet. Grâce à lui et à d'autres infos glanées ici et là, j'ai retenu 10 caractéristiques des SCOP comparées aux entreprises traditionnelles : 1) Dans une SCOP, chaque salarié peut être associé au capital. 2) Dans une SCOP, chaque associé a une voix, indépendamment de son apport en capital. 3) Les salariés d'une SCOP détiennent au moins 51% du capital et 65% des droits de vote. 4) Les SCOP sont peu répandues en France : moins de 2500 entreprises sous cette forme juridique. 5) Une SCOP est juridiquement une SARL (Société A Responsabilité Limitée) ou une SA (Société Anonyme) avec, en plus, toutes les spécificités des SCOP qui s'y ajoutent. 6) Les bénéfices d'une SCOP se partagent entre :- une part obligatoire pour tous les salariés qu'on appelle la "part travail".
