Hello!Dennis asked me if I could take a few pictures and show you how I did when I tested the same blades from as in this tread. will show you how to drill and assemble the knife using a brass nut.This will be more like a pictorial and I'm hoping that you'll ask if there is something you don't understand.These are the materials and the sketch/blueprint I got from Dennis. I start with grinding the bolster until it's flat(both sides) and then I polish it. There are two ways to fit the bolster, you either file it carefully until it fits or you do like me and brings out the rubber hammer and pound it to place. Whatever way you choose you first have to grind down the threaded part on the tang. A superstong construction and a very sharp blade!
