Programa NEW Descripción y objetivos El Programa NEW (Ninguna Empresa sin Web), enmarcado en el Plan Avanza2 y promovido por el Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo a través de la entidad pública empresarial Red.es, ha contado con tres ediciones, desde el año 2007 hasta el pasado año 2011. El objetivo principal del programa ha sido ayudar a pymes, micropymes y autónomos a conseguir su propia página Web, facilitando así su presencia y andadura en Internet; permitiéndoles, entre otras ventajas, abrir su negocio las 24 horas, los 365 días del año. La iniciativa ha facilitado a las empresas españolas disponer de una web básica por 24 euros al año; y de una página avanzada (diseño y elaboración profesional de la web, con más espacio y buzones de correo, así como herramientas avanzadas, foros, noticias, buscador, descarga de archivos, chat, etc.) por 275 euros al año.
