Future of StoryTelling: Paul Zak

Digital storytelling Digital storytelling refers to a short form of digital media production that allows everyday people to share aspects of their life story. "Media" may include the digital equivalent of film techniques (full-motion video with sound), animation, stills, audio only, or any of the other forms of non-physical media (material that exists only as electronic files as opposed to actual paintings or photographs on paper, sounds stored on tape or disc, movies stored on film) which individuals can use to tell a story or present an idea. Introduction[edit] "Digital storytelling" is a relatively new term which describes the new practice of ordinary people who use digital tools to tell their 'story'. Digital stories often present in compelling and emotionally engaging formats, and can be interactive. One can define digital storytelling as the process by which diverse peoples share their life story and creative imaginings with others.

The Travelling Gin Co. A very Danish Gin & Tonic There are many great spirits that work well with our Colonial Tonic collaboration and one we’ve grown very fond of recently is a Danish Brother - Schackenborg of Jutland by De Fem Gaarde (The Five Farms) They make honey, mustard, jam as well as further alcoholic products in the their distillery - vodka and Scandinavian favourite snaps. They use their local fresh spring water from the moors of southern Jutland for their drinks, much like the excellent quality spring available in Ebeltoft, used by Peder Hansen and the gang to create Colonial Tonic. A super match! The HubSpot Culture Code: Creating a Company We Love We recently published a public beta of the HubSpot Culture Code slide deck. This deck started out as an internal document years ago, and as a company who values transparency (and inbound marketing), we decided to share it with the community. Like HubSpot, the Culture Code is a perpetual "work in progress," so we'll update it periodically. The deck has been very well received, with over 150,000 views in a few short days. As we iterate on this living document, you can always find the latest and greatest version by going to CultureCode.com. HubSpot is growing. And we're grateful to those of you who have hopped on for the ride. The answers to those questions (and more!) Here are some of the highlights from the HubSpot Culture Code: 1) Culture is to recruiting as product is to marketing. 2) Whether you like it or not, you're going to have a culture. 3) Solve For The Customer -- not just their happiness, but also their success. 4) Power is now gained by sharing knowledge, not hoarding it.
