DIY Drippy Nails We were immediately inspired the moment we saw bare nails with blood-like, drippy polish accompany Prabal Gurung‘s spring collection at New York Fashion Week. Halloween is one of our favorite holidays and thus, the timing couldn’t have been better to recreate this deliciously daring DIY for our phalanges. Though a more vampy, burgundy color went down the runway, I went for more vibrant red . . . but the best part about this tutorial is that you can make it your own with just about any color, for any season!

Video Tutorial: Waterfall Twist A few weeks ago I posted this picture of a half updo I did on my friend Ciara: You can see her pictures here. I received a lot of emails asking how to do this hairstyle, so I decided to create a video tutorial for it. I created this tutorial for Latest-Hairstyles.com. If you want to read a step by step instead of watching the video you can find one on their website. Sea of Shoes: HAIR HOW-TO I am sometimes asked how I style my hair, and while my method is far from perfect, I thought I'd show you how! My hair is pretty straight and fine naturally and I always let it air dry. Since I go about three days between washes, I like to curl it on the first day and let it mellow out into some nice waves over the next two.

Bridal Hair: Vintage Waves Oh I do love vintage waves for special occasions…especially weddings! {I’d wear my hair Rita Hayworth style everyday if my hair could handle it!} A bride with glossy, vintage waves just screams Hollywood glamour. No prizes for guessing what hairstyle I went for on my wedding day! For the past few years, celebrities have really embraced vintage curls and waves on the red carpet.

I want to share with you a technique that works for ALL types of hair, whether it be short, long, thick, thin, frizzy, or flat… and no curling iron involved! 1. Dampen your hair with a spray bottle or let it semi air dry after washing it.

We all love maiden braids (also called heidi braids or dutch braids) and Katie came up with a really cute spin on this style. Best of all, it's super easy to style. I can't wait to wear these... Useful tips on DIY nails Two pictures show you how to make a unique nails design by yourself! The first is how to make french manicure. French design is very popular this summer, simple but chic. You can try bright colors to fit your outfits. The second is how to make heart design with 3 layers of color. Does it look beautiful and lovely?

Head Scarf Tutorial After many requests, I finally made a tutorial on how to tie a simple head scarf. It's really, really easy. I did this without looking in the mirror, so that should tell you how easy it is. 5 Minute Curls: 3 Hair Videos That Changed My Morning Routine I’m lazy in the morning about doing my hair. Here are three videos that changed my morning routine forever because I can put my hair up the night before and wake up in the morning with awesome curls! Each technique works a little different based on the type of hair you have…..I prefer the Vintage Style Curls video because I have thin hair, but a lot of it.
