Problem is… mornings are kind of crazy at our house (I think that’s a pretty universal thing). Here’s what I like to make ahead, keeping my mornings stress-free and smooth. Lazy Granola — I make a double batch and keep it in an air-tight container. What are your tricks for a hearty, hot, stress-free (or at least stress-less) breakfast? Here is the list of books that will officially induce mindfucks, sorted alphabetically by author. Those authors in bold have been recommended by one or more people as being generally mindfucking - any books listed under their names are particularly odd. You're welcome to /msg me to make an addition to this list. And finally, although he's way down at the bottom, my personal recommendation is definitely Howard Zinn's A People's History of the United States, as it turns the ultimate mindfuck: inverting the world-view of our entire culture, and it is non-fiction.

Free for All: The King of Togo Togo has Two Horns
I spent months searching for the cassette tape I had as a child that included this story. Just last week, I was finally able to find a copy. Thought I'd share some details here since they were pretty hard to come by. It's called "Car-Tunes Cassettes presents Summertime Kids' Stories." It doesn't include any "Lyrics", but the words as far as I can tell are: There was once a great huntress in Africa. The King said, "You are clever, you are wise.

How Things Used to Be
You are visiting www.rawfoodinfo.com How Things Used To Be Hi friends, I don't know who wrote this article and some of it may not be accurate but it is still interesting musing... Rhio Next time you are washing your hands and complain because the water temperature isn't just how you like it, think about how things used to be. Here are some facts about the 1500s: Most people got married in June because they took their yearly bath in May and still smelled pretty good by June. Baths consisted of a big tub filled with hot water. Houses had thatched roofs - thick straw, piled high, with no wood underneath. When it rained it became slippery, and sometimes the animals would slip and fall off the roof, hence the saying, "It's raining cats and dogs." There was nothing to stop things from falling into the house. The floor was dirt. They cooked in the kitchen with a big kettle that always hung over the fire. Sometimes they could obtain pork, which made them feel quite special. Source Unknown
