My guest, Leslie with 10 Causes and Cures for Clutter I have seen a lot of clutter. Through the years, I have helped many families "organize" their spaces, and during this process, I kept notes on the most common reasons that they called me for help. All of their dilemmas boiled down to this: Too much stuff (i.e. clutter) and nowhere to put it neatly. I also observed the most frequent causes of clutter, and designed plans that, if implemented immediately or over time, would eliminate nearly all of the frustration associated with it. While you are doing laundry, if you decide that something is no longer needed, take it to the donation bag. Cause #2: We keep many duplicates of items, when one or a few will suffice. Cure: Keep the best of your things. Do you find yourself always using the same spatula? Do you have a pair of jeans that you select before other pairs? Are some recipes in certain cookbooks more prized than are others? Is there a particular spot in your home that daily-used items naturally gather? Cause #6:We confuse needs with wants.

My Sweet Savannah Packing & Moving Well we did it! We moved into our New Home. Although I wouldn't say we're all moved in just yet. We have furniture and boxes everywhere. It's very chaotic around here, but everyday it gets a little bit more organized. I can't wait to have it all put together. There has been a few little hiccups along the way, had to convert our 3 prong dryer into a 4 prong dryer to fit into the correct socket. But we love it here. I wake up every morning feeling so Lucky to get to live in this awesome home. Ok so since we just made this big move, I thought I'd share some tips that worked for us. Now our situation was a little different. So Tip #1 is to rent a dolly with your truck. Tip #2 I was surprised by how little of boxes we used. Instead, I used what we already had, like; Suitcases, coolers, drawers, baskets, laundry baskets, bags, garbage sacks and plastic bins.
