Environmental Grantmakers Association Grants.gov Exchange Network Basic Information | Environmental Information Exchange Network & Grant Program The Environmental Information Exchange Network (or Exchange Network) is an Internet-based system used to exchange environmental and health data among EPA, states, tribes and territories, and other partners. The Exchange Network allows EPA and its partners to communicate with each other across the Internet. Partners can send and receive environmental data using Nodes. EPA’s Node on the Exchange Network is called the Central Data Exchange. Upon agreement, partners enter their data into Data Exchange Templates to ensure data is standardized.

Library Grants National Funding Assistance Program: Grants & Funding | National Clean Diesel Campaign Working Together for Cleaner Air FY 2013 Request For Proposals (Closed) This funding opportunity is now closed. EPA announced a $9 million funding opportunity for the National Clean Diesel Funding Assistance Program on May 9, 2013, and accepted proposals through June 25, 2013. EPA anticipates that evaluations and selections will be completed by August 31, 2013, at which time applicants will be notified of their status. Supporting Information for RFP Eligible Applicants The following United States entities are eligible to apply for these grants: Regional, state, local or tribal agencies/consortia or port authorities with jurisdiction over transportation or air quality Nonprofit organizations or institutions that promote of transportation or air quality as their principal purpose or that represent or provide pollution reduction or educational services to people or organizations that own or operate diesel fleets. Environmental Education Grants | Environmental Education The purpose of the Environmental Education Model Grants Program is to provide money to support environmental education projects that increase the public's awareness about environmental issues and provide them with the skills to take responsible actions to protect the environment. Since 1992, EPA has received between $2 and $3 million in grant funding per year and has awarded more than 3,500 grants. Under this program EPA seeks grant proposals from eligible applicants to support environmental education projects that promote environmental stewardship and help develop knowledgeable and responsible students, teachers, and citizens.
