Il a accepté de répondre à quelques questions, et je vous propose donc une première interview qui parle d’Australie, de van, et de la sauvegarde des photos, un point d’autant plus important que le voyage est long. Tu avais pris le fameux « working holiday visa » ? Les Suisses malheureusement ne bénéficient pas du Working Holiday Visa à l’instar des Français, Allemands, Hollandais, Taïwanais, ou Coréens. Et en temps que passionné de photo, tu as pas mal mitraillé sur place, non ? Effectivement, près de 7000 déclenchements en 2011.
Strobist : passons aux choses sérieuses ! | Guillaume Ménant | Photographe Amateur | Rennes Cela fait un peu plus d’un an que j’ai commencé les séances photo au flash (flash studio dans un premier temps et flash cobra depuis quelques mois). En un an, j’ai appris les principaux paramètres qui permettent de jouer sur le rendu de la lumière mais c’est quand même resté à un stade très expérimental pour moi. Aujourd’hui, je n’arrive pas toujours à faire ce que je veux avec ma lumière et je compte bien travailler pour y remédier, et je commence aujourd’hui ! Lighting 101 Je vous ai déjà parlé du Strobist (aussi appelé Strobisme en français) dans mon précédent article « Alice se déchaîne ! J’ai lu cette série d’articles il y a quelques mois et on y apprends beaucoup de choses très intéressantes, notamment le matériel nécessaire au Strobist (qui est par définition assez peu onéreux) ou encore les différents paramètres qui influent sur le rendu de la lumière. Blogging from Japan | Valentin Flauraud – Bits & bytes from my trip Reflections : Natural Reflectors appy Wednesday, y'all! I decided to revisit a post from last week and create a Reflections entry about it because it was one of the toughest shoots I had in regard to lighting. This time of year can present tricky lighting situations and when I shot this photo session a couple weeks ago, it was no exception. I usually arrange the a session about an hour and a half before sunset if I'm shooting along the coast. I can usually find open shade to shoot the couple in until the sun has fallen and created a nice, orangey glow around sunset. I arrived early to scope out the location and realized there was, literally, no where else to shoot besides the dock. You can see from the photo above the light was scattered in between each boat, but I made mental notes of where the natural reflectors were and where I could place my subjects on open shade. I hope this helps put into context how I shoot using only available light.
